At LDC Designs, our main focus is kitchens and bathrooms, BUT, we love anything that involves a cabinet! I have local custom cabinet makers as well as vendors in the New England area, options to fit every budget and project goals. I also have amazing resources for every step of the process including plumbing fixtures, tile and my favorite, stone.
My Process
Design can be overwhelming at first. My design process guides the client through the many decisions to be made in a seamless way. Starting at the floorplan and elevations all the way to the finished project, each decision is made in an order that allows the client to make educated decisions which are always easier decisions to make!
The process begins with the floorplan, a crucial phase that builds the foundation for the perfect end result. Once the floorplan is finalized, we move on to elevations, tweaking as we go. We adjust things, glass or no glass, larger window? The possibilities are endless.
RENDERS
Computer generated renders provide a visual experience where you can see your kitchen before construction begins. The process of changing cabinet colors, importing actual photos of stone and back splash options, changing flooring and lighting, all make it infinitely easier to make the right choices.
